Chef Jiang found this great chicken recipe online called Beggar's Chicken.
Neither of us are big eaters of meat, so we set out to find a small size chicken as this recipe requires a WHOLE chicken.
At Dominions, we picked up a tiny hen. (I'm amazed there are chicken this small)

And after a long time in the oven, viola, I present the Beggar's chicken!
Not sure where the strange name came from, but this is one of the few meat dishes I like. 
Just google "Beggar's Chicken" for the yummy recipe. Try it!
