
This is one healthy dish. My guess is that the chef just found whatever is left in the fridge that is considered vegetables and threw it all together.
It's delicious though~ A successful mix of green veggies!
Tried it! If you are feeling creative, you might want to throw in a few other vegetables you have available. The main ingredients in addition to the veggies are probably just oil and salt. Work your magic with the frying pan! GO GO GO
