Fried meat balls are great for appetizers! The Chef makes them out of chicken meat. We usually pick fresh 100% lean chicken meat from the super market. The Chef then slices the meat into small chunks. I believe a secret souce mixture involving potato starch and spices is added to the prepared meat before they're fried.
