
Both Chef and I love raisin bagels! After we got the new mixer, one of my mom’s first creations were the “Raisin Bagles”! Her version are smaller and chubbier than normal bagels, they about 4 to 5 inches in diameter each.
They’re really really good, especially when they’re freshly out of the oven! It’s dangerous to make them at night, because we can sit in the dining room at 11pm at night and eat the entire batch!
To make this, you need to get really sweet big raisins. I will get my mom to post up more details on the secret recipe shortly, stay tuned!
