
I love this smoothie, it’s delicious! I think my mom used at least 4 large oranges to make this.

Fresh oranges like these:

You want to peel them and chop them into little pieces like the ones below:

Then using the smoothie maker (see the list of cooking equipments), you can put these orange pieces in. Turn on the smoothie maker, do not add in anything else, you want a cup of pure, delicious and healthy smoothie!
You may add in ice cubes or crushed ice into the final piece.
