
That's right, what you see is what you get! This dish contains mushrooms, celery and carrots. (perhaps small pieces of garlic too for flavoring)
The mushrooms are the special kind you buy in cans. I'm not too sure if they have fresh ones.
This dish is healthy and nutritious…..not one of my favorites though, I'm not a big fan of celery prepared this way…..(oh, I also don't like cooked carrots too much
