This is actually one unusual dish, I don't think my mom's ever made it quite like this before.
Last weekend, we stumbled upon a pick-your-own farm. We got these green beans, it was my first time picking vegetables. So, here's a dish wish my hand picked green beans. Most of the time, she doesn't put potatoes in and it will just be a regular green bean dish, I actually like it with the potato chunks, it makes the dish more…hmm….the added potatoes make it mushier and creamier.
