As with all seafood, remember to buy fresh shrimp! Your best bet would be live ones!
Just drop the shrimps into a pot, add water. Turn on stove, wait until water boils and the shrimps turn red! Enjoy!

Similar to the special sauce Chinese style lobsters, the key to this delicious crab dish is the sauce! Of course, as with all seafood, to avoid allergic reactions to unfresh seafood, you want to purchase live crabs for this dish. I love the giant Vancouver crabs.
They're sooo good! I will get my mom to post up more details, this dish along with the lobster are her favorites. We have them on all major holidays. It's always great to have a terrific chef at home.

The Chinese style cooked lobster is soooo much better than the standard steamed ones you get from American restaurants. The sauce is the critical ingredient for this dish. To prepare this dish, you need to get fresh whole lobsters, yes, the live ones!

Of course, the other main ingredients in addition the lobster are garlic and green onion. More details on the cooking procedures coming soon…Stay tuned for input from the Chef.
